** Building Notice **

Starry Internet is coming to Elleven! – We’re excited to announce that Starry Internet, a new choice for internet, is coming to Elleven! They offer high speed internet service for only $50 a month. Starry Experts will be at the lobby to answer any questions you may have this Thursday, January 16th from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm. You can sign up for the waitlist to get notified when Starry goes live. Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff.

Elleven Happy Hour  NEW LOCATION! – Take a break, enjoy a glass of wine and unwind with your neighbors. Thursday, January 16th at 7:30 pm at The Stanton located at 1050 S. Flower Street. All residents are encouraged to attend!
