Greetings Residents, Due to necessary repairs the exterior window & balcony railing cleaning has been postponed. The maintenance will now begin Monday, October 25, and continue for approximately two weeks, wrapping up on November 6. The project will begin on the north end of the building (Facing 11^th Street), and proceed clockwise each day from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. Attached you will find a preliminary schedule. Please note that the completion date is an approximate time and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Residents will be notified via email and schedules will be posted on the residential bulletin boards.
